We work directly with Italian contract manufacturers, so the selection is as wide as the industry. If it belongs in a professional space, we supply it, install it and maintain it.

From the open plan to the boardroom. Workstations that scale with headcount, complete meeting rooms, executive offices for meeting clients.

What the monthly fee includes.
One agreement, one invoice a month. You use the furniture, we look after it.
Site visit and first proposal
We visit the space and send a first proposal with the monthly fee within two business days. Once agreed, we go into detail: layouts, finishes, renders and samples where useful.
Delivery and installation
From ten working days after sign-off, depending on the furniture. We assemble, position and take the packaging away. The space is ready to use.
Maintenance
Repairs on site, touch-ups, component replacement. One contact, one visit planned with you.
Replacements
If a piece cannot be repaired, we replace it. From ten working days, depending on the piece, with timing agreed with you.
Collection at end of term
We dismantle and collect. No disposal, no storage to find, no used furniture to sell off.
Second life
Collected pieces are refurbished and put back into circulation. That is our job, not your cost.
How the fee is built.
Four factors set the fee, and you see all of them in the quote. We send it after the site visit, within two business days.
A 12-desk office in Milan: bench desks, task chairs, two meeting tables, storage and lighting. Delivered from ten working days. One fee, maintenance and collection included. The how much we work out together, on your floor plan.
Term
Agreements start from six months. The longer the term, the lower the monthly fee.
Quantity and mix
Twelve workstations cost less than one workstation times twelve. The mix matters too: seating, tables, storage, lighting.
New or refurbished
The same project can be served with new furniture or with refurbished, guaranteed pieces. The second costs less.
Services
Maintenance and collection are always included. More frequent planned visits, reconfigurations or multi-site management are added to the plan.
