What furnishes today furnishes again tomorrow. Every piece we rent comes back to us, is refurbished in our cycle and goes out again with the same guarantee as new, at a lower fee. What cannot be recovered goes into certified disposal streams.

Refurbishing is not cleaning and reselling. It is a four-step cycle, done by people who know how contract furniture is built, and it ends with a record for every piece.
Inspection and cleaning
Every returned piece is inspected, sanitised and deep cleaned. Fabrics and upholstery are treated or replaced where needed.
Repair and reinforcement
Mechanisms, joints, surfaces: we repair what has worn and reinforce the points that work hardest, before they go back under load.
Finish restoration
Tops, edges and frames are restored. Where a finish cannot be recovered, the component is replaced with an equivalent one.
Record and provenance
Every refurbished piece leaves with its record: what it was, what was done, where it goes. That is how we can guarantee it like new.

If you are looking for used office furniture or refurbished pieces for hotels and apartments, here you find furniture that has already lived one life, refurbished in our cycle and covered by the same maintenance as new. The fee is lower and lead times often shorter, because the pieces are already ours.

In the same space you can combine new pieces, from our Italian manufacturers’ collections, with refurbished ones: REGEN task chairs with new desks, for example. The quote shows the two lines separately, so you decide where to save.

Circular procurement is often driven by a reporting obligation. That is why we work with manufacturers who certify their materials and document the journey of every piece.
Certified materials
Where available, we choose products with FSC wood, EPD environmental declarations, EU Ecolabel and compliance with Italy’s Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) for public procurement.
Fire safety
Upholstered pieces certified to Italian fire reaction class 1IM for hotels, lounges and spaces open to the public.
Provenance and end of life
Every refurbished piece carries a record of origin and work done. What cannot be recovered goes to certified disposal streams.

On request we prepare a summary of the new and refurbished pieces in your agreement, with the material certifications, useful for ESG reporting.
