A refresh is planned on your seasons, not on a depreciation table. We work floor by floor or wing by wing, deliver on the days and in the time slots you set, and take the old furniture away in the same visit.
By floor and by season
Start with the rooms that earn the most, or with the wing that closes in low season. The rest follows the agreed calendar.
Planned replacements
A piece that cannot be repaired is replaced, from ten working days, depending on the piece. Maintenance and replacements are part of the fee.
