Our team brings 25 years of experience in real estate development, architecture and furniture, and supports them from start to finish: site visit, layout proposal, agreement, delivery and installation, then maintenance and changes.
Site visit and first proposal
We visit the space and send a first proposal with the monthly fee within two business days. The detail follows once it is agreed.
Delivery and installation
From ten working days after sign-off, depending on the furniture. Assembled, positioned, packaging gone.
After move-in
We take care of it: maintenance, replacements and extra desks when the team grows. One contact, one plan.
The office follows headcount, not the other way round.
An agreement from six months, built to change. If you hire, we add desks to the same agreement with the same timing. If you downsize, we plan it with you. If you move, we dismantle and reinstall in the new site.
